We had a great stay. Best aspects were the clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation and several cafes and restaurants just down the alley. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful, offering us a universal travel adaptor upon arrival.

The room was clean, large, well equipped with electronics. There were multiple available electrical outlets. Very convenient access to subway line 2, station Yeoksam (exit 1).
No English. Decor is very austere, black and white only, with nothing soft except the bed. No closet, only two pegs on the wall. Reception is very strange, impersonal. A stone wall with a small opening at waist height is the only contact with hotel staff. The main entrance is through a small parking area on an alley, neither are well lit. The hotel turned out to be fine, but seemed sketchy on arrival.

It is not a hotel is is a motel. Young couples check in late at night or with prostitutes so that makes the experience very uncomfortable. The staff does not speak English and is rude. Furtheremore, the rooms do not have windows.

The rooms were spacious, with large flat screen TVs and a mini fridge. the location was great, it was very convenient to use the nearby subway station and airport bus. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The decor of the rooms was very plain and industrial, not what I expected. the plumbing was noisy and there was no common area.

location
The hotel has no reception desk, there is only a hole in a wall, literally!!! The staff speaks no English at all, and is unhelpful. This isn't a hotel, rather a love motel, where you will be provided with a package of condoms with your toothbrush every day...

External phone calls cannot be made from the room, not even from the reception. However the attendant at the reception did offer to make a call for us but later flatly refused to do so and asked us to call from outside. There is no lobby, only a small reception, entrance is difficult to locate.

Very dark place with practically no window. It's a what they called fancy lovetel, which is rented by hourly. Not really for business person. Very nice room but targetred toward couples who just need place for couple of hours. Very diffilcult to find by taxi drivers.

It's quite convinient and close to the subway station, but it's not very easy to find at first place. The room is very big but there's no wall for the bathroom. I love the big jaguzzi for my bath time every night, and the TV screen is about 50 in" big. That is good.
Um... because you won't see a window in the room, it's hard to get up very morning though. No sunshin into the room it's kind of pitty. But consider the price and the location. Well, it's okay after you use to it.

Stayed in a city hotel for a quick break and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean, with a big-screen TV and a convenient mini fridge. The location was key, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The 24-hour coffee shop across the street was a lifesaver.
The lobby was uninviting, and there wasn't much of a common area to hang out in. The decor of the room was sparse and industrial, lacking any personal touches.

That I got my money back. (Not for that night's stay -- we were too tired to argue -- but we did leave 2 days early and were let out of any obligations) Front staff did listen to my complaints and did respond. Overall feel is stark/modern. Think black/gray/white. Sharp corners. Flat screen tv.
Found opened condom packaging on the floor next to the night table. There was a puddle on the ground next to the toilet where they had not cleaned up. There was hair on the sheets. When these were brought to attention the front desk did promptly send up house staff to replace linens but they did not do this without grumbling that it is ok to have stains and hair on the sheets and that not every sheet can be spotless. Check in counter is indeed a whole in the wall. You can see people laying around beyond it without socks on. We are a couple traveling with a mobile 12 month old. Needless to say the hard tile floor and sharp corners were less than ideal for our situation.

This hotel is conveniently located near a range of cafes and restaurants. Down that alley, you can find a few good options to grab a bite. the rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with free internet and a jacuzzi bath. the hotel is also close to the subway station and airport buses, making it easy to explore the city.
The hotel may be difficult to find at first as it is hidden in a back street.
